A custom cake order form that prices itself

Custom cake enquiries usually mean twenty messages back and forth to agree a size, a flavour, a topper and a price. KitchyIt turns that conversation into a form on your own website. Customers choose every detail, see the price change as they go, and send you a complete order with a reference photo attached.

What you get

Your options, your prices

Create option groups such as Shape, Flavour, Tiers, Colour theme or Toppers. Each choice can add to the price, so a unicorn topper or an extra tier is charged correctly every time.

Priced by weight

Set a price per kg with a minimum and maximum weight and the steps customers can choose, such as 0.5 kg at a time. The total updates instantly.

Reference photos and notes

Customers can upload a photo of the design they want and add a message for the cake, so you have everything before you start.

Lead time built in

Set how many days notice a custom cake needs. Customers can only pick delivery or collection dates you can actually meet.

Advance deposits

Take a deposit when the order is placed and collect the rest later, so last-minute cancellations do not leave you out of pocket.

Approve before they pay

For complex categories, review each request first. Approve it and the customer is asked to pay; decline it and nothing is charged.
