Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026
1. Who we are
KitchyIt (“KitchyIt”, “we”, “us”) is a software platform based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India that lets home bakers and cloud kitchens (“you”, “sellers”) create an online storefront, manage orders, and collect payments. These terms govern your use of KitchyIt as a seller. If you are a customer buying from a KitchyIt-powered storefront, the storefront's own terms apply to your purchase.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per business, please.
3. Plans, trial and billing
KitchyIt offers a free Starter plan and paid plans (currently Basic at ₹499/month and Pro at ₹999/month). New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features — no payment details are required to start, and nothing is charged unless you upgrade.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are in Indian Rupees; where GST or other taxes apply, they will be shown before you pay. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affecting your plan.
If a subscription payment fails or your trial ends without an upgrade, your storefront may be taken offline until payment resumes. Your data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@kitchyit.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5. You are the seller
KitchyIt is a technology platform only. You — not KitchyIt — are the seller of the food products offered on your storefront. You are responsible for: complying with applicable food-safety laws including FSSAI registration or licensing; the accuracy of your menu, pricing, and product descriptions; fulfilling, cancelling, and refunding customer orders; and handling customer complaints about your products.
6. Payments
Subscription fees are collected by KitchyIt through our payment provider (Razorpay). Payments from your customers for food orders go directly to you — via your displayed UPI details or your own connected Razorpay account. KitchyIt does not hold, pool, or process your customers' funds and is not a party to those transactions.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use KitchyIt to sell unlawful or prohibited items, publish content that is misleading, infringing, or offensive, or interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
8. Your content
Your menu, photos, and brand content remain yours. You grant KitchyIt a licence to host and display that content solely to operate your storefront. The KitchyIt name, software, and design remain our property.
9. Availability and support
We work hard to keep KitchyIt available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@kitchyit.com in English and Tamil. Pro subscribers receive priority support.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitchyIt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between you and your customers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@kitchyit.com.
